Our Head Coaches have your child’s best interests at heart!
Training groups and schedules are determined Head Coaching Team. The recommendation will be based on:
- Age
- Experience
- Level of ability
- Work ethic
- Attitude
- Skill level
- Performance
- Listening skills
- Progress if applicable
Placement is not to be discussed with your child’s coach, rather the Assistant Head Coach. If any concerns are determined to require a meeting, you will be contacted to set up a convenient time to discuss and or meet. This meeting may be held over zoom if necessary.
Sometimes it is not easy to accept their placement and these decisions, however, sport is sport and sometimes sport decisions can be tough and not always easily understood.
On the other hand, you may be pleasantly surprised! From one year to the next you may see that these choices usually work out for the best! The coaching team are highly experienced and want you to know that much thought and effort have gone into these recommendations.
