Boys Gymfit Intro (Level 1 & 2)
Jr (Ages 6 – 8yrs) Sr (Ages 9yrs +)
Does your boy have energy to burn and or need to cut back on tv or video games? This introductory program offers just enough variety to keep from getting bored. It teaches the basic skills of boys gymnastics with a variety of drills, positions and specific techniques. Keep your child active and healthy! Enhance your child’s coordination and strength and build self confidence!
Pre-requisite: none
Recommendation: 1 hr class, 1 or 2x per week

Boys Jr Gymstars (Levels 7+ or Coaches Recommendation Only) Ages 6-8 yrs
This program is by coaches’ recommendation only. It is designed to give those who demonstrate the ability, greater challenges and increased opportunities for further development, at a quicker pace. The program will focus more on conditioning and stretching the body to prepare to learn more difficult skills. The boys will compete in a mandatory, ‘just for fun’ competition, hosted right at our facility. This will give them the full gymnastics experience! At these competitions, everyone wins!
Pre-requisite: Level 7 or by coach recommendation
Recommendation: 2 hr class, 2x per week
Requirement: GYMSTARS uniform, Competition fee (due at registration)
Boys Jr Parkour (Levels 1 & 2) 8-12 yrs
This class is a mix of basic introductory gymnastics and parkour skills combined. The goal of this class is to introduce students to body movements that develop strength, balance, flexibility, agility, speed and more. This class will be a great over all workout while also developing gymnastics and parkour skills. Participants will learn to overcome obstacles for fun and fitness. 45 min class 6:1 ratio

This class is a more advanced style class that will continue to build strength, develop balance, flexibility, agility, speed and more while also training skills of a higher degree of difficulty in gymnastics and parkour. Participants will learn movements that involve moving across any man made or natural landscape in the fastest way possible using the most efficient movements over obstacles such as blocks. These movements include running, vaulting, rolling, climbing and jumping with accuracy and control. 45 min class 6:1 ratio
