Our trampoline programs are directed (and some taught by) Coach Greg Roe, a trampolgine specialist and former Canadian Trampoline Team Member for Canada who travels all over the world doing trampoline shows and stunts.

Our program with a detailed progressive level system, teaches the fundamental basics of trampoline, while advancing those who are ready to do highly complex tricks.

The primary objective is fun and fitness in a super safe environment!  We have 2 Olympic inground trampolines and an inground tumble track that aid in our athletes their learning and ciontribute to the safey of our members.  These essential pieces of equipment flow wonderfully into a resi pit and loose foam pits with a built in bungie system that allows for a safer landing and prevents injuries.  Even the foam is covered with hypo-allergenic material to ensure the safest available enviroment for students.

Participants enjoy the sport because it is quite simply so much fun! Almost without realizing it they gain coordination, cardiovascular strength, body control, core strength, and spatial awareness on the trampoline. Trampoline enhances children’s fitness and health level faster than perhaps any other activity. It also promotes healthy by rejueventating cells!

FACT! Did you know….trampoline even results in overall increased happiness through endorphins released in the body and an increase in self confidence!

Not only does it look like fun, it really is great fun! Plus it’s a fantastic way to get into shape because it exercises every cell in your body. Backyard trampolines are becoming very popular and to really get your money’s worth you should learn the “tricks of the trade” for safety, skills and fun.
