COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
You may not enter the facility if:
- You or your child have symptoms such as fever, headache, cough, body aches, sore throat, difficulty breathing, or any symptoms known to be related to COVID-19.
- Any member of your household has developed set of symptoms listed above.
- You have travelled outside of Canada and not quarantined for 14 days.
- If you or someone you have come in contact with has or has been diagnosed with COVID-19. (Please contact the gym ASAP to notify us)
All entering will be required to:
- Sanitize immediately.
- Wear a mask in the lobby, washroom areas or while assisting a child or other person if café is needed. (Masks are not required behind the office shield or private offices, gym while coaching, while eating break)
- Practice safe 6’ distancing at all times.
- Have temperature taken.
- Visitors must have an appointment and sign in at the front office.
- One parent (no siblings) may enter only if child is 3 yrs and under and participating in a class as of Aug 4, 2020.
- Athletes must follow all safety protocols as outlined at registration
Cleaning & Sanitizing Protocols
- Sanitizing is done daily in the gyms, on equipment between turns and rotations.
- The washrooms are fogged 3 x daily with non toxic solution that is proven to kill 99.99% of COVID.
- The gyms and change-rooms are fogged daily with non toxic solution that is proven to kill 99.99% of COVID.
- Cleaning checklists are being maintained daily.
- There are 10 touch-less stations for sanitizing in the facility.
- Taps in all washrooms are touch-less.
- Additional cleaning projects are now implemented on weekly, biweekly and monthly basis to increase additional cleaning efforts.
- Gymnasts are using their own supplies including chalk, hand sanitizer, basic craft supplies, camp supplies, etc.
- Masks are kept enclosed in a baggie, inside the gymnasts’ gym bag.
- Staff are wearing waist pouches with supplies including scissors, bandaids, mask, hand sanitizer, tape, water, etc.
Payment Options
Online or Over the Phone

- GYMSHOP purchases by email order only, account is charged.
Scheduling of Recreational Classes
- Recreational classes have a monthly start and end date.
- All months include 4 weeks of classes.
- Most holidays are not included in the class monthly fees.
- The holidays that are included, have a makeup scheduled in advance.
Policies
- Monthly payments are due on or before the 1st of each month.
- All registrations for preschool and recreational classes include a 1-month minimum
- To withdraw from classes, a written email must be received on or before the 15th of the month for cancellation the following month.
- At registration, we require the 1st month’s fees plus the Gymnastics Ontario registration fee of $40.00 (this fee is valid from July 1st – June 30th of each year)
- NSF payments will be subject to an automatic $25.00 fee plus applicable taxes.
- All fees are non-refundable after the start of the first class, camp day or PA Day.
- There are no credits or refunds for missed classes, camp days or PA Days.
- There are no refunds for classes/camps cancelled due to inclement weather.
- If your child moves or advances to a class with a longer time, you will need to pay the difference in fees for more instructional time. The applies even if you have pre-paid for the season.
- If you child has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and is required to quarantine, a credit will be provided, for future programs.
Procedures
- Monthly fees will be posted to your account one week before the first of the following month. An email reminder notification will be sent to you one week in advance. Monthly fees are automatically charged to your credit card on file or debited from your bank account if you have selected the pre-authorized payment option.
- Payments may also be made by logging in to your account online.
- For any monthly fees not received by the 1st of the month, a $10.00 late fee per week will apply.
- Classes will be restricted by email and coach, after a period of 2 weeks past due payment.
- All payments still unprocessed by the 15th of the month will result in your child’s removal from the program the following month.
- Due to current COVID-19 Ministry of Health guidelines and All Star safety protocols, in-person terminal payments are not permissible at this time.
- We do not accept cash payments under ANY circumstances as a safety precaution.
Refund Procedure
- A refund request must be completed with a doctor’s note and will be less a $20.00 administration fee.
- If there are extenuating circumstances and your child is injured or seriously ill for a period of over 4 weeks and cannot participate, a credit may be possible on your account, for future programs. A refund request must be completed with a doctor’s note and will be less a $20.00 administration fee
- If approved, your refund will be e-transferred to you or a credit will go onto your child’s account, less the non-refundable Membership.
- Allow 2 weeks for processing any refunds.
- Credits may not be redeemed for cash.
Changes and Cancelations due to COVID-19 Regulations and Recommendations
- If a class or camp are suspended due to Province of Ontario, Ministry of Health, and Gymnastics Ontario regulations, a credit to your account will be provided.
Changes and Cancelations by All Star
- If a class, camp or PA day is closed, moved or canceled by All Star Sports Centre, unrelated to weather, a makeup or a credit is available within 30 days.
- Changes to a camp week may be made up to 48 hrs (weekdays) prior to the start of camp.
- Changes to classes may be made 48hrs (weekdays) prior to the start of the first class
Makeup Classes
- Makeup classes are only offered for
- Classes missed due to a holiday that is included in fees (see chart for Monthly dates for Classes)
- Classes missed that are rescheduled due to an All Star Events (i.e. competitions).
- There are no makeups for classes canceled due to inclement weather, or for classes missed for personal reasons or classes in a holiday that is not included in the fees.
- Advance notice is given for makeups provided. Makeup classes are pre-arranged for specific dates and cannot be rescheduled.
- Makeup classes have no cash value and cannot be used in lieu of payment. Athletes requiring the makeup will be automatically registered for the makeup class on the specified date.
Inclement Weather

9:00am – 4:00pm If school buses in peel are cancelled during the day, All Star programs are also automatically cancelled during the day until 4:00pm. If schools are closed, there will likely be no evening classes however, check our website calendar and Facebook page for regular updates.
4:00pm – 9:00pm Conditions will be reassessed and an update will be posted on our website and on our Facebook page (Please LIKE US on Facebook) by 3:00pm.

Photos & Video
Parents/Guardians/Relatives
Allowed
Parents/Guardians/Relatives May videotape or photograph their child only during the following times:
- After class, by making arrangements with the coach.
- During certificate presentation time- up to 5x per year.
- Parents are encouraged to share pics of their child only at All Star Sports Centre with the above terms, on social media, at any time.
- No other children can be in the frame.
- During special events such as competitions, photos may be taken of a child or group with the parents’ direct consent.
Not allowed
- Videotape or photograph a group of children or any children in any program at All Star Sports Centre during class to protect privacy.
- Use any flash while taking photos or videos during the approved or designed times.
Staff
- Staff may photograph or videotape only if the parent has given consent for the purpose of promotion, acknowledgement of an achievement, teaching, etc.
- Any photos or videos must be appropriate, respectful and dignifying in nature.
- Photos or videos used for teaching must be deleted after use.
- A club video for a certain program may be made as a keepsake for all in the Program with parental consent. A copy of the video will be given to each parent.
Children
- Children may not videotape or photograph other children in the facility without permission and supervision from staff.

All unprocessed payments by the 5th will be subject to 2% interest and removal from the program for the following month. Classes will be restricted by the coach (via an alert) after a period of 2 weeks past due payment.
- We do not accept cash payments under ANY circumstances to protect the premises.
Refunds
- All fees are non-refundable after the start of the first class, camp day or PA Day.
- There are no credits or refunds for missed classes, camp days or PA Days.
- There are no refunds for classes/camps cancelled due to inclement weather

- If you would like to change your child’s class or camp days before the class or camp has started, please contact the office and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- All fees are non-refundable after the start of your first class or camp day registered for.
Makeup Classes ** NEW **

- There are no makeups for classes cancelled due to inclement weather, or for classes missed for personal reasons.
