Our GYMFIT Boys recreational gymnastics program is designed to build strength, agility, coordination, and body control through dynamic gymnastics training. Boys develop skills across all men’s artistic gymnastics events, including:

Gymnastics is the ideal cross-training sport, enhancing athletic ability for any physical activity while building confidence, focus, and work ethic. GYMFIT challenges boys physically and mentally in a fun, supportive environment.
This high-energy introductory program is designed for boys who love to move. Through structured gymnastics training, students will learn foundational skills using a variety of drills, techniques, and progressions tailored to boys’ gymnastics. Each class builds coordination, strength, and body awareness—helping young athletes stay active, confident, and focused.
Whether your child is new to the gym or full of energy to burn, this class offers the perfect mix of discipline and fun.
Pre-requisite: None Recommendation: 1-hour class, 1–2 times per week
Designed for boys who’ve mastered the basics, this class builds on core skills with added challenge, strength work, and development across all men’s events. Athletes refine technique, learn complex movements, and progress through levels with focused drills and routines.
The program builds discipline, body control, and confidence—while keeping learning fun and energetic.
Pre-requisite: Completion of Boys GymFit Intro (Level 1 & 2) or coach recommendation Recommendation: 1-hour class, 1–2 times per week
This advanced recreational program is designed for boys who are ready to take their skills to the next level in a fun, focused environment. Athletes will work on more challenging skills and combinations across all men’s gymnastics events, while building strength, improving technique, and developing body control. The class emphasizes safe progressions, consistency, and confidence, helping gymnasts grow both physically and mentally as they advance.
Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Levels 3 & 4 or coach recommendation Recommended Schedule: 1.5-hour class, 1–2 times per week
This co-ed class provides a fun, structured environment for teens to build strength, flexibility, and gymnastics skills at their own pace. Each session includes a warm-up, conditioning, and training on all events—plus tumbling, trampoline, and more. Students progress through our leveled skill system while staying active, gaining confidence, and making new friends in the gym.
